Is this service suitable for solo freelancers?
Yes — the majority of our clients are independent professionals: designers, photographers, consultants, coaches, and accountants. Our Starter plan was designed specifically for solo operators who need reliable IT support without the overhead of an enterprise service contract.
What is Antrodesk and is it required?
Antrodesk is AllOfficeTech's proprietary AI-powered support portal, included at no additional cost with every plan. Clients use it to submit requests, track ticket status, and communicate with their technician. While you can always reach us by email, Antrodesk consistently delivers faster resolutions because its AI triage system diagnoses and often resolves issues automatically before human review.
What happens if I exceed my monthly support hours?
We notify you proactively before you approach your limit — you will never receive an unexpected invoice. Overage hours are billed at $75 per hour on Starter and Essential plans. The Pro plan includes unlimited hours.
Do you offer on-site support?
Approximately 90% of issues are resolved remotely via secure screen share or through Antrodesk's AI resolution system. On-site visits are included in the Pro plan and available as a paid add-on for Essential clients. In-person support covers the San Francisco Bay Area, Greater Sacramento region, and the Central Valley including Tracy, Stockton, Modesto, Turlock, Fresno, and surrounding communities.
What are the cancellation terms?
Monthly plans may be cancelled with 30 days written notice — no penalties or early termination fees. Annual plans are non-refundable but include the full term of service. We do not use long-term lock-in clauses.
How does the AI in Antrodesk resolve tickets?
Upon ticket submission, Antrodesk's AI engine analyzes the description and matches it against a comprehensive database of known IT issues. For common problems — connectivity failures, password issues, printer configuration, application crashes — it generates and delivers a step-by-step resolution guide immediately. Approximately 40% of tickets are fully resolved by AI without requiring technician involvement.
